Leonardo Guizzetti's belts have the size in inches/centimetres printed inside, which corresponds to the waist size (regular or low) of the person who will wear it. This lenght is the one between the buckle and the middle hole. If you want to measure your old belt, take the lenght from the buckle to the hole you are using.
